The villa design is a modern two-storey with flowing open living spaces and high quality finishes. It also provides a sense of sophistication with its minimalistic approach in terms of its geometric shape and mainly symmetrical layout, that integrates with the outdoors, especially the wide view of the sea, to provide a relaxed and peaceful entertainers retreat. The design of the villa is a response to the client’s (Pythagoras) interests and preferences where the layout of the spaces are developed to fit these aspects.
